POLICY ON WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
At The Football House, our supreme commitment is the buyer's satisfaction; however, to ensure the operational viability of our international logistics model, any request for an exchange or return must strictly adhere to the following normative protocol. In compliance with applicable legislation, if the Customer detects a structural manufacturing defect upon receipt of the product, the right to request an exchange or return is guaranteed within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the physical delivery of the goods.

Once the notification is received, our technical team will provide the procedural instructions for sending the package. After the physical receipt of the merchandise at our control facilities, an exhaustive expert analysis will be conducted to confirm that the item meets the conditions of hygiene, integrity, and absence of use. Following this technical validation, the Customer may choose to:

Exchange the product for any equivalent item available in our current stock.

Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product.
It is expressly stipulated that the material execution of the exchange or refund will be carried out within a period of up to 30 business days following the validation of the return.
Furthermore, and in accordance with the regulations for customized products, no exchanges or returns are allowed under any circumstances for customized jerseys (those that include specific names, numbers, patches, or logos at the customer's request), unless an unequivocal printing error by the manufacturer or distributor is verified. The formalization of the order constitutes the acceptance of this exclusion clause regarding exchanges for customized items.
