COMPREHENSIVE LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT POLICY, AND PURCHASING CONDITIONS

By completing any purchasing process on the official platform of The football House, the user is legally bound, automatically and irrevocably, to the provisions described herein. The traded goods are not held in physical storage within the national territory; the company acts as a facilitator for direct acquisition from international production centers.

1. Supply Dynamics, Estimated Times, and Force Majeure Exemption

It is established that the logistics flow begins at foreign terminals, with an average transit time of 10 to 15 business days. The Customer acknowledges that this timeframe constitutes an informative projection and not a strict, non-extendable obligation of result. The footbal house is exempt from any liability for delays arising from the internal management of the Postal Service (Correos), random inspections by customs authorities, transport strikes, or any force majeure events. Delivery is guaranteed within a limit of 90 calendar days, after which the customer may opt to cancel the order. Furthermore, the user accepts that, given the nature of the models sold, there may be minimal technical variations in tones or finishes compared to the digital images, which shall not constitute a manufacturing defect.

2. Operational Traceability and Multi-Origin Shipping

Following the validation of dispatch, a tracking code will be provided within 7 business days. The lack of immediate updates in local tracking systems is a technical limitation of international postal operators, which the Customer accepts at the time of purchase. In transactions involving multiple items, these may be processed in different cargo units and with varying transit times, without this implying a breach of contract by the store.

3. Recipient Responsibility and Delivery Risk Management

It is the imperative obligation of the Customer to ensure that the delivery details are accurate and complete. Any error in providing the address that results in an inability to deliver or a return to the country of origin will be solely attributable to the buyer, who must bear the handling costs for a new dispatch. In the event of absence from the delivery address, the temporary custody of the goods by the Postal Service is the responsibility of the customer; failure to collect the package within the legal timeframes set by the postal operator will result in the return of the merchandise, and the service will be considered fulfilled.

4. Tariff and Tax Regime

As an import operation in the name of the final consumer, any administrative charge, customs handling fee, import VAT, or unexpected tariff is the responsibility of the recipient according to current legislation. The Football House does not intervene in the tax assessments of the England authorities, nor is it responsible for additional costs imposed by foreign trade regulations.
